At Luxe Hotel Essentials, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience from the moment you browse our collection to the time your order arrives. Our dedicated Quality Control team meticulously inspects every item before it is dispatched to ensure it meets our rigorous standards of excellence.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the hygiene and safety of our personal care products for all customers, we kindly encourage you to select your products carefully. Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Quality Issues: The product arrived faulty, damaged, or broken.
  • Fulfillment Errors: The item received does not match the order or the official product description.
  • Product Condition: Due to the nature of bath and body products, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Verification: To facilitate a swift resolution, please provide our team with clear photographs or videos of the problematic items.

Note: Returns are not accepted for late deliveries caused by seasonal logistics or holiday-related delays during peak periods. We recommend reviewing our Shipping Policy prior to purchase.

The Concierge Return Process

To ensure a refined and efficient experience, please follow our concierge-led return process:

  • Initiate Request: Contact our Support Center at support@luxehotelessentials.com with your Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return.
  • Authorization: Our team will respond within 24 hours to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and our designated return address.
  • Shipment: Please return the items according to the instructions on the RMA form. We require a tracking number and a valid return receipt as proof of shipment to minimize any potential delays.
  • Finalization: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and arrange your exchange or refund within 30 days.

Refund Timelines

After our after-sales team processes your request (typically within 1–2 business days), please note the following refund timeframes:

  • Credit Card: 7–14 business days (depending on your financial institution).
  • PayPal: Up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
  • Store Credit: Updated within 24 hours of approval.

Return Fees & Responsibilities

  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (typically ranging from $10 to $15).
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of the return shipping label (if provided by us) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Exchanges: Depending on your geographic location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
