Returnable Items

Items eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:

  • Incorrect Fulfillment: The item received does not match the order or the product description.
  • Verification: Clients must provide photographic or video evidence of the problematic items.
  • Logistics Note: Please note that returns or refunds are not accepted for standard holiday-related shipping delays. We recommend reviewing our Shipping Policy prior to purchase.

Returns Process and Time-Frame

To ensure a swift resolution, please follow our curated return process:

  • Initiate Contact: Contact our Concierge team at support@luxehotelessentials.com with your Order Number, Product Name, and the reason for the return.
  • Authorization: Our team will respond within 24 hours to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and the designated return address.
  • Shipment: Please return the item according to the RMA instructions. Provide us with the tracking number and a valid return receipt as proof of shipment.
  • Resolution: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange your exchange or refund within 30 days.

Refund Processing Times

  • Credit Card: 7–14 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
  • Store Credit: Within 24 hours of approval.

Return Fees and Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (typically $10–$15).
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
